Customer Care & Maintenance

Master Pools of Austin have customer care technicians available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and on Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 PM. In the event of an emergency, we generally can dispatch a service technician the same day to resolve the issue. What’s more, all of our experienced service technicians maintain a fully-stocked service truck and are skilled at swimming pool maintenance.

Weekly Cleaning Plan

We offer customers a weekly cleaning plan to keep their pool in top condition all year round. Our customers enjoy the convenience of having our maintenance personnel provide all equipment, supplies, and chemicals, so they don’t have to store anything on their property. We clean pools throughout the Austin area, as far away as Marble Falls.

Pool Renovation Services

Our pool renovation department can repair or remodel any existing pool. Whether your pool needs to be re-plastered, re-tiled, or it needs new plumbing or decking, Master Pools will make it look like new again. We can also add spas and waterfalls to existing pools or provide a complete pool remodeling. The majority of our renovation customers come to us from word-of-mouth referrals.
